Since the new remodel....this is the worst. Prescriptions are never ready....line is long with only 1 window person most of the time. You have to go back in an hour to get in line again for your Prescription. They never answer the phone either. It used to be great and efficient...now it's very bad.

The Windham Hannaford Pharmacy is one of the worst services I have ever used. They are consistent in not being able to fill orders on time. Often, two weeks will go by with an order not being filled, and am given the excuse, "It's still being worked on.". Other Hannaford Pharmacy's have no problem filling orders on time, and have commented on how bad the Windham Pharmacy is. I will never ever use them again.

Everyone at this pharmacy, is always so kind, caring, patient and helpful. All except that one woman, Amanda. The way she talks to some customers is so rude and disrespectful at times. This is the 2nd bad review I've had to write on her. I'm very understanding when it comes to people having a bad day, being busy and stressed out. This is a professional job and no one deserves to be spoken to the way she speaks to customers at times. This store deserves a 5 star all day, however due to the unprofessinalism, and attitude Amanda in Pharmacy has I'll have to give it a 3.

Nothing but hard working, caring, patient, kind, amazing people work so hard at Windham Hannaford! They go over and above and always with a smile! Your hard work is not unnoticed! Hannaford is lucky to have all of you!

Do not leave a message in their answering machine. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL. It doesn't matter, they will not return it. They're call volume reason starts when they open and closes when they close. Remember, as a customer, you're there to serve them. This isn't a customer's always right store.

Been doing business there for 20 years and the most recent was a joke. Insurance wouldn’t cover a new script for 2 more days. They told me to come back in 2 days to pick it up. I show up Saturday morning (2 days later) and get “yup insurance will cover it but we don’t have it, being the weekend…..”. I was supposed to start treatment Thursday. Thanks for being proactive and ordering it when you knew it was too to be filled. Glad to see customer service is no longer a thing.

Do you like molasses? I hope so. Because you could pour one 50 gallon drum of molasses into an empty one, and by the time it finished filling, you might be halfway to your order completion time.

I was spoken to very rudely all day from the woman taking phone calls in Pharmacy. ( Amanda) infact even argued with her just to be told I was right my meds could be filled today. 2days early. Yes I know because I was already told last week that I could fill them today. I didn't deserve the attitude I got today having to call 3 times and all 3 calls I felt disrespected. I've always live Hannaford Pharmacy they've always been fast, reliable and understanding. Now I'm reconsidering as I never want to be spokento the way I was today, and made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I've worked in sales/customer service and the policy is usually dont argue with customers. ( The fact is – it doesn't matter whether your customer is wrong or your customer is right. The only thing that matters is you resolving whatever issue they're experiencing.)

My wife is in at home hospice. We had to transfer our scripts to Windham because the service in Standish went far south. Hospice makes you wait till you're down to one tablet of pain meds before it can be refilled. Today I sat 2hrs+ waiting for a script that had been called in yesterday. Unfortunately, the young woman( with the "face bandana") at the counter gave me uncaring attitude. Turns out the problem was with hospice but I think this young woman needs some sensitivity training and a clear understanding of someone in hospice care.

There should be a zero star option because this pharmacy is in that category. They have made more than 10 mistakes with our prescriptions. Calling the wrong doctor to renew; not ordering a new prescription from the doctor when called in; making the same mistake over several times; not offering customers the best economic deal, on and on and on. Take the time to find a professional pharmacy as this one will make your life miserable.
