By far worst storage facility I have ever used. Never plowed in the winter, never salted or sanded. We have an interior unit that was broken into by the last manager, which he claimed he thought it was a different one which is bull. Not to mention the interior units all smell like moth balls and we’ve had to throw out several items due to the stench.on top of all this, the front gate has been broken since July of 2023, so anyone can walk right in.

I stored my belongings here for 7 years..alot of my things got Ruined due to mice & other rodents & alot of Mold & Mildew..🫣
I know mice can get in All units but, my unit which was not climate controlled has holes all along the back wall on the bottom so any rodent & Bugs can come into your storage unit..I have NEVER seen that in any facility that I have stored in!
Which means, more Rodents, Moisture, Mold & Mildew can get into the unit..there shouldn't be any holes in the unit at all..it should be completely sealed in!!🙄 So, I would Strongly advise KO storage to Fix that Issue so other customers Do Not have to experience what I had to experience!! Also, Long time customers are getting charged outrageous Increases in their rents, which I don't think is right..I am paying so much more than what your charging a new customer to rent the same size units..I would think that you should be a little more Lenient on older customers who have been with your facility Longer & are Good customers & you should want to keep that good customer. By charging outrageous increases is NOT the right way to do things & not going to keep a Long-standing customer in your facilities! So, my suggestion for that is to STOP overcharging & work with your customers better on handling difficult PRICE increase situations!..🤔🙃

I had the pleasure of talking with Juan from customer support at KO Storage today, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I reached out, Juan was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my issue thoroughly.
Not only did he provide clear and helpful guidance, but he also went above and beyond to assist me in getting a credit applied to my account. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Juan is definitely one of those gems.

My phone call with Victor Sanchez on October 3, 2024, was very good. Victor was understanding, patient, and helpful. He offered to check into lowering the unit price for me but I had already rented another storage space. Victor was excellent.

The whole online reserve and
move-items-in process took approximately 5 minutes.
Arriving at the secure gate no
problem at all with entering self-created PIN#,
units were well marked to find and
very clean. The best part was the greeting, assistance and Very helpful onsite overseer of units on the property "Chris." Talk about true customer service to help with an already trying time of anyone going through the storage/moving process, Great Job Chris,

I’ve rented several units in the last year from KO Storage. The customer service is incredible the units are very clean and everyone I’ve ever dealt with are incredibly professional and friendly.

Rental went up $55 with no notice. I called and they said 30 day notice as mailed which is not true. Do not recommend this place.

Don't bother renting from them. They will attempt to charge you, even though you notified them you have moved out. No direct contact for on-site management. This is a Mickey mouse operation with poor management. Beware
