They were patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. They helped me box everything up properly and made sure everything was secure for shipping. “There used to be some hiccups from time to time at this office but since Eddie has started and they’ve staffed the front end consistently, it’s gotten so much better. I had a package that said it couldn’t be delivered and after about a week later it still had not been delivered, I called the office to check the status (and was surprised to actually get someone in the Raymond Office) and Eddie found the package and got it out for delivery the next day! It seems like a really good team there now.”
