Pawz & Clawz Petz is a pet shop where many customers report great experiences and very helpful staff. Multiple reviewers describe adopting or purchasing healthy dogs that lived long, happy lives. The staff is noted for being amazing, helpful, and a joy to chat with, going above and beyond to ensure customers have what they need for their new pets, even providing helpful product recommendations. Several customers are repeat adopters who feel very highly recommended and treat the shop as the best pet shop around. However, some customers express dissatisfaction, feeling ripped off after purchasing puppies described as purebred or a certain size that later appeared different. These experiences contrast with the positive reports of healthy animals and excellent service from the staff.
