Getting a unit was very simple online, they had a unit for us and it was clean and available instantly. I did not go in and out very much, but had equipment and some personal belongings in there for about a year. Upon move out I submitted a request online, but did not really get an answer, but I called in awhile later and they very quickly and easily processes the move out, and sent me a refund of my remaining rent and deposits.

What a horrible storage place this is. I've stored our stuff in our travels in Colorado, New Mexico, Florida and Maine, and this facility was the worst of the bunch.They couldn't figure out our online account for the entirety of the 4 1/2 months we were there. We booked online, and had to add another small storage unit when everything wouldn't fit and they couldn't link the accounts, which locked us out of one or both, and they charged us late fees due to this fact, since we couldn't login and pay. I called monthly, trying to fix this situation, to no avail.This facility is NOT gated and NOT fully fenced (as they keep the gate open, and anyone could just walk onto the property from the unfenced sides)They do NOT have an office onsite, as they are Building Contractors located in the building across the street and don't really want to deal with anyone in person.They are just happy to collect your money for their sub-par facility and horrible customer service.They also charged us $Money for "cleaning", when we were not actually done with the unit.Save yourself some money, and alot of time, headache, and store your items somewhere else.
