Great experience. Even though they were booked solid, they fit me in that day. Price was fair. Mounted balanced. And they even rotate them for free when needed

Great service and since they were busy they honored a price for the following month. Paul was a pleasure to deal with no pressure at all with buying add-ons etc. The only thing I would like to have seen better was the time it took to mount 4 tires and alignment check on my scheduled apt. I'm definitely coming back as they did an excellent job.

Brought my daughter car in for snow tires. When I picked it up yesterday. They said I needed back brakes and rear caliper. Also front ball joint as they couldnt do the alignment .Picked up parts to do myself. As you can see in the pic. Brake pads were fine. Caliper was fine. Checked ball joint as they said they couldn't do an alignment. BUYER BEWARE ... I'll take my business somewhere else.

We stopped in for a tire repair, and we're told, "If you leave it with me, I can probably get it done tomorrow."
That doesn't work for someone traveling. The counter area was full of loose tires and wheels, and it looked like a storage area, not a customer area.
We got our tire repaired up the road and were on our way.
Thanks, but no thanks, Sullivan Tire.

Had a blowout on the camper on I95 (did have a spare).After we settled in the campground went into Windham Sullivan
Tire. Jay and his crew took excellent care of us working working to to change out all 4 of the tires as I brought them in 1 at a time. Super excellent service and very considerate of our needs and vacation! Thanks Again!!
