I found a discount price listed on dog food at tractor supply Co. Online I called several stores to see if they had availability lewiston first they had 1 bag I drove to store showed the online advertising for the reduced price they adjusted price and took payment. I called this store they checked and had 4 bags in stock 35 minute ride but for the savings it was worth it. When I arrived at store only 3 bags were on the shelf so I injured about 4th bag the woman went out back and got the bag she asked why I was buying 4 bags and I said because of the discount. She told me there was no discount so I opened my phone and went to tractor supply Co and showed her reduced price and she immediately got loud telling me there was no way she was honoring that price said I was scamming I asked to speak to the manager so she called and quickly said I had a scam on my phone and manager supposedly agreed to not honor price. I pulled out my receipt from lewiston from 40 mins ago and showed her and she said " just because they fell for it dosnt mean I'm going to" at that point a local shopper she apparently knew approached tried taking my phone from me with her witness the incident and didn't say anything then he told me "to beat it if I knew what was good for me" again with DANI the highest ranking associate in the building watching and didn't intervene but again told me I was trying to scam the store with fake advertisement. I have never been talked to or disrespected by anyone at a corporate store like this and the fact she allowed a shopper to intimidate me without asking him to step back was completely unprofessional along with her accusing me of being a scammer with other shoppers and employees present is completely uncalled for. I took screenshots of the advertising with the reduced price while standing in front of DANI and her "friend shopper" as well as asked her name so I could give this review on how bad of an experience I had shopping in this store
I hope the regional manager gets this and takes appropriate disciplinary actions including honoring the reduced price listed on tractor supply for the 4 bags of dog food I drove there to purchase.

I love this place and not just because it's close. The staff are kind and always helpful and I have very rarely had a bad experience in the 10ish years Ive lived here

Staff at the Windham, ME location are always exceptionally helpful. I had a bag of recalled dog food that I returned but forgot to take a photo of the UPC code for poof of purchase. I called the store and a member of staff took and photo and texted it to me from their personal cell phone & wished my sick puppy a speedy recovery. Above and beyond for customer service!

TSC really isnt my problem as much as Cannon Safes. TSC did not have a readily available customer service number to resolve a defective safe. I purchased the 81 long gun 10 handgun in August. Today I finally got into it. With an angle grinder and a sawzall . First complaint they sent a new keypad and told me to replace the battery. Asked for spare keys because there wasnt any. got a bunch of crickets. Thank you Cannon Safes for having such a crappy customer service . I will never buy one of your products. TSC you really need to drop them it is going to cost you.

We tried to return a item bought at your store. And when Dani (some girl) came over she asked when did you buy it? I said 60 days ago. She said oh well I can't take it cuz we have a 30 day policy. I asked so if I would have said 30 you would have??? She was very rude, kept eye rolling and looking elsewhere then trying to help us. But all we did was only exchange want to exchange it for a different item in the store. It's not like I was looking for cash for an item I bought.

If you don't really offer same day delivery, you shouldn't tell customers that you do. This pathetic excuse for a company prevented me from buying a desperately needed lawn mower somewhere else by lying to me and telling me that I would have it today. They took a really bad day and they managed to make it even worse. Instead of purchasing from them and paying extra to have it delivered today, I could've gone to a store, bought a lawn mower, found a way to get it home in my small car, assembled it and mowed my entire lawn by now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED.

Windham, Maine location: I called this morning when the store opened to see if they had an item I need for animals arriving today. They guy who answered the phone said they had a couple bags in stock. My partner immediately drove 20 minutes out of his way and cancelled a meeting to pick it up and they had none. The checkout person said they had not sold any this morning in the half hour since they opened. I hate it when people lie and waste your time. Completely disrespectful. Scott at the Scarborough store would never do this to you, just FYI.

Customer service is terrible. Most of the workers act like you're an inconvenience to them. They also lie about what's in stock and with my experiences with the exception of one person they're lazy and make it obvious that your business isn't wanted

After purchasing a log splitter when it was about to be loaded on my truck the women working tells me the log splitter cost $1200 more than what I paid when I previously tore the price tag off of said machine and already went and paid for it in the store. I had to go in the store and get my money back because she would not give me the machine that I PAID for. Do not go here they will try to cheat you on things you’ve already bought.

They keep deleting my review on google reviews, so I'm posting here to get the truth out. I went to the Windham store located at 496 Roosevelt Trail, Windham, ME 04062. I went there to go get a free tractor supply co tennis ball promotion they were offering. I picked up the ball from the dog toy section and when I got to the register the sales clerk told me he wasn't aware of this promotion so he had to ask his store manager, Sarah Herr, who was in the register behind him. I said that's fine. At first she said this promotion isn't until tomorrow (March 12, 2023), but I told her it was today (March 11, 2023) and said I had the promotional email. She then changed her story and said that it was only while supplies last and that they ran out (even though I got one from the dog toy section). Now, I would understand this if it was later on in the day, but it was around 8:30AM and the store opens at 8AM. My assumption is that she was hurt because she was wrong, so that's why she changed her story. See photo/promotional email I added as evidence.
