Whenever I ship things out from this location vs. the Staples UPS drop-off, the items always make it to their destination on time. It's a very busy place. Staff is helpful.

Absolute garbage staff at this UPS store. $10 to put a few pieces of tape on a box. Why? Labor to lift a roll of tape and 25 cents of tape. Combine that with smart ass punk employee. Good stuff. The only reason they are in business is because they are an Amazon return center.
REPLY TO STORE COMMENT: High quality material…tape? Expert labor…taping boxes shut? This is a joke. You’re kidding, correct? Covering overhead…if you need to charge a regular customer $10 for three pieces of tape, then maybe you need to revisit your business model, or better yet, fire the smart ass sitting at the desk. Apparently it amuses several of your employees who enjoy watching and mocking a senior citizen carry heavy boxes in and out of your store in 90+ degree weather. Well done.

A long track record of terrible customer service. The employees at this location are curt and rude every time I stop in to mail out a package. This mornings visit was no exception, unfortunately. I explained to the employee that the box I brought in needed to be taped up. Instead of offering to tape it up (I would’ve happily paid for this service) he was snarky and told me to “tape it up at home, okay?” I explained that my return instructions said only to bring a box. It was clear he didn’t want to be bothered to provide me with anything but the bare minimum. He continued to argue with me as I exited the store.

The older woman working the counter was extremely rude and abrupt. She also tried to skip helping me while I was still standing there with package on scale, because I didn’t have my QR code ready immediately. As a CSR , your job is to perform customer service. Had I come in with her attitude , by all means match energy but this was not the case. The whole interaction was less than 60 seconds so she really packed that time with as much negativity as possible.

Last 2 times in there the counter staff has been rude and unprofessional. Today the tall young man behind the counter was aggressive, rude, and had a bad attitude. If you don't like customer service, maybe dad should fire you.

This UPS location is the best location have ever stepped inside to! As soon as walking in, being greeted, genuinely help/assisted with returning a bunch of packages and scanning QR codes for amazon. I am someone with a disability. The return process seemed like a extremely hassle for me but after using this store to ship items out I was provided with a services I have never seen before! Great job Windham UPS employees!
