This Walgreens location receives mixed feedback. While there have been many negative reviews, recent positive interactions highlight exceptional staff members. One customer describes a woman in the pharmacy who is always pleasant, patient, and bubbly, noting that she sometimes makes their day and that there are still kind people in the world. Another detailed experience involved a refill that was filled in a timely manner. A staff member was professional, quick to respond, and extremely kind over the phone, making the customer feel their request was important and not a bother. Upon pickup, the same employee was remembered, was very efficient and kind, and ensured the customer got what was requested despite being busy, making it one of the best business experiences in a long time. However, significant operational issues are noted, including a problem with help and the pharmacy being closed for three or four days, which is described as simply not acceptable. The reviewer believes employees could be divided better to serve people, especially seniors, who rely on picking up their prescriptions, calling the situation sad.

Whenever I visit this place, I feel like I'm witnessing the collapse of the US healthcare system in real time. It's hard to blame the people working here, but I still wouldn't recommend choosing this place as your pharmacy if you can avoid it.
