I received very attentive, polite service and excellent advice in which phone to upgrade to. Caleb was very patient and helped me transfer everything from my old broken down A53 to a new flagship model Samsung. Despite my lack of technical skills, he persevered and made the process smooth. Well done Caleb, highly recommend your skills.

Jon helped me and my son transition from a long time user of galaxy to apple. He made it very easy and educated me on how to run the parent control easily. I have been a long time customer of his store for the last 15 years. Also great at finding discounts!

Jon Amadei was so helpful today with my cell phone..he helped me delete a phone that had access to my accounts and helped me secure a thumb password..this is the only us cellular I will come to because he has excellent customer service!!

Absolutely couldn't be more happy with my experience with Kim and Jon at the Windham location. I've been having horrible experience with a competitor and was just looking for information. Both Jon and Kim were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and had amazing customer service who went above and beyond. Best part you could tell It was genuine and with every customer interaction i witnessed. Not only did they save me over $100 a month (kid you not) from making the switch but saving me the headache of t-mobile is well worth any amount of money. Thank you both, it's nice to see local business's run by amazing people!
