Went in there to upgrade. The associate Derek was hands down helpful with my upgrade, as well as patient with the time it took to transfer everything over. Second time I've been here, and the people are nothing if not helpful. Thanks again Derek.

Nice enough people but why was my phone shipped so late and now I can't return the phone I don't want because they didn't ship my phone until the 18th day.... seems like they are trying to scam people out of a 15 day return policy ?

The owner, Joe- of the Windham office made a mess of our plan and then charged our account for a phone we paid for. This was a claim for a replacement phone. What a mess he made. I believe if he did this to us, he wont hesitated to screw up your account too. I would advise anyone looking for a new phone or help with any claim on a current phone to stay clear. I was able to get my account cleared up by a true representative of US Cellular, Kerra was able to see exactly what Joe had done to us and our account. She credited our account and will be following up with Joe. Stay clear.... he owns this office and is getting commissions so... there you have it.

I had a wonderful experience with US Cellular and they help me upgrade my plan so I have unlimited text talk and them weapon and they were very helpful or going on with my account with me and I would recommend anyone else to use u.s. cellular thank you and have a good day

Told the guy or plan has four lines only three are used and he said whoever told us that lied. Wouldn't look into it anymore. Had to go home and contact customer service and they had to put a note on our plan. Went back in to add a phone to the plan and he acted like nothing happened, didn't admit to being wrong or arrogant or just having awful customer service skills. Next time driving out of town just to not deal with them in windham.

They suck 10 years after I had them for service they decided to contact me and tell me I owe them money .I laughed cuz I save all my receipts. They are scammers

Great experience!!! Staff is amazing, even after dealing with my indecisive self for what was probably an hour at least of me not being able to make up my mind on what phone to get. They answered all my questions, got me all set up and took VERY good care of me. Highly recommend! Thanks Kate!

Quoted me a price for a phone. Returned to pick it up the next day and the price was $100 more. The store clerk made it seem like I heard the price wrong the day before.
