Chris and Sam were helpful and explained the trailer parts, how to hook it up and what was needed for me to operate safely and legally. Sam was a great help when we stopped by his BigTex store after having a camper tire fire on the side of the road. His knowledge was extensive, his demeanor friendly & helpful. We got what we needed & were back on the road quickly!

Traveling from Portland to Canada with a boat trailer, had amechanical failure and these guys dropped everything to get me back on the road ASAP.

Sam was incredibly helpful when we were searching for somebody to work on the brakes on our Vintage Cruiser travel trailer. He was knowledgeable about our trailer and gave us a good estimate for time required and cost. We would return whenever we need trailer repairs.

Had an excellent experience here from start to finish. I stopped in looking for a trailer and Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and brought up some excellent points that helped me decide which trailer would be the best for my business. Big Tex Trailers is my go to for all of my trailers and accessories. I called ahead in the morning to make sure they had a gooseneck trailer in stock. They actually had 2 that fit my needs. I spoke with Jason (store manager) and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He answered all of my questions and offered 2 different models. When I arrived, he made the purchase process quick and easy! In a short time, paperwork was completed and the trailer was being serviced and prepped. They go above and beyond to make sure you know exactly how to hook up, utilize features, and stay safe hauling. The mechanic (I didn’t catch his name) was extremely knowledgeable. He even hooked it up to make sure everything worked properly. I would highly recommend Big Tex Trailers to anyone needing trailers, parts, accessories for your truck or trailer, and service. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Thank you for making this process another great experience!!

This place was very helpful. They didn't have the trailer listed online but they set me up with a really nice heavy duty 20 foot big tex trailer for my tree company. Next time im shopping for a trailer I will be contacting them first.
