Prices Raised, Forgot Option:
Back in 2022, I had my extended cab pickup tinted by Expert Auto Glass for $225, which included all windows - no tint strip, and 35-20-5% film.
Today, I had my sedan tinted by the same company, for $320. This time I asked for a tint strip, as I figured it's nice to have. I went to pickup my car after hours, and saw the tint strip had not been done, and since it is Friday, I'll need to leave my car until Monday to even talk to someone. Had I known the tint strip was a $95 option, I'd have done it myself just like I did to my pickup. Would've been nice to know some prices, which is why I'm making this review, and to emphasize better communication among the employees so a mistake like this wouldn't happen. Now, I'm unsure if I paid for a product I did not receive, and again, have no way of contacting anyone. Previously, I would've recommended anyone to this establishment, but after seeing the price inflation and a lack of attention to detail, I'd be hesitant. Hopefully someone sees this review and reaches out to rectify.
I - unlike this company - will be able to pickup a phone anytime this weekend, or atleast you'll be able to leave a voice-mail, another flaw this company ought to address.

Great customer service & an even better maintaince job. These guys are incredible! I've had two windshield replacements in the last 4 years & both times they were quick, affordable & the job was done meticulously.

Made an appt to have my windshield replaced, on the phone I was asked if I was going to leave it I replied that was not on option I would Def be staying with it. Got to my appt a few minutes early to be told they over booked n I would prob be there for 4 hours n should drop it off. No apologies n fact I was told it was my fault for not being able to drop it off. Needless to say I went elsewhere n well not be going back.

Replaced my windshield quickly and for a good price. Didn't try to force a radar recalibration like another shop did. Cruise still works great. Saved a couple hundred.
