I scheduled a COVID test here and no one answered when I called and emailed that I had arrived. I went in and the pharmacy was closed. I had received an email earlier in the day confirming my appointment and zero communication that my appointment was canceled. On top of it all, the lady at the register was quite rude. I would not recommend anyone visit here.

We have been here 3 times in the last 3 days to pick up our prescription. Each time we were told it wasn't ready. Stopped by Sat and Monday, still not ready. Now we are here and they are saying it's not ready, but it was ready on Friday but we pulled it because no one picked it up. Are you serious. We were here Friday, Saturday and Monday and were told it wasn't ready. Customer service is terrible here.

Employee asked me to remove my face covering during a global pandemic since he wasn't sure if the state photo ID was real. I don't blame the employee or the manager, but the fact that Walgreens trains their staff to ask customers to remove their face covering tells me they do not actually care about face coverings, customer safety or for that matter following CDC rules.A safer option would be to have cashiers simply not sell beer or wine to those they can't confirm as being 21 or older so they can take their business elsewhere.The manager was a pleasure to speak with and a sincere and level headed person. I hope this does not reflect negatively on them or their staff who are just following flawed rules.1/5 only because I cannot give 0/5 for ignorant and dangerous polices during a global pandemic

Been struggling ever since they switched to Walgreens, umm im not always pleasant to deal with but i agree on rude from one particular person there. But thats everywhere you go. Probably going to switch to a different pharmacy.

Screwed up my prescriptions beyond repair. Customer service tells me one thing (that I know is incorrect), and those in store tell me something totally different. Wound up paying for my meds out of pocket 3 times now, despite having insurance, because they'll only give me 4 days at a time to hold me over for a "shipment" supposedly being delivered to my house. No record of this delivery or order anywhere. The pharmacy here went downhill FAST.
