“There is nothing I despise more, other than getting an audit from the IRS, then buying a car from a car lot. However, I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised and I had a very enjoyable Purchasing experience with Downeast Toyota this last week. I was able to negotiate my purchase and get exactly what I wanted all through text. I was able to do the quick application online and got a call back within minutes with an offer. I was able Make a down payment online and then go in and sign a couple of quick papers that took no more than 15 minutes. The online portion just took maybe two hours altogether. I was able to Pick up my car and leave. They had my car ready for me, including the equipment that I had purchased extra. They had it already installed. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We have to buy one more vehicle before we retire and this is exactly where we will buy it. No questions asked.
