“We have been with State Farm ever since we moved to Maine in the 1980's. We have always liked working with them and have dealt with 3 different offices over the years. Unfortunately, we have needed our insurance several times over the years from a fire at our house (before we moved in!) to both of us hitting deer. The claims processes were very easy and handled quickly. We started with Mike Alden when he was in Orono! We lived in Winthrop at the time. We were only with Mike's office for a few years when we moved to China, but we stayed with Mike! Everyone in the office has been so helpful and responsive. My questions get answered quickly and if they are not sure they get the answer and call me back. It's been so easy to deal with them. I would love to see lower rates, but I think that would be true no matter where you go. That's just how insurance is now.”
