I had parks towing tow my truck home yesterday and they were prompt at arriving to pick up my truck and they are very professional and the driver was very pleasant to talk to and deal with. I would recommend this towing company to anyone needing roadside service or towing.

Absolute true example of customer service! They were able to squeeze me in for a tire repair on short notice. Gave me options for the repairs, completed the repair very quickly, then escorted me to the vehicle, walked around the vehicle ensured I was satisfied with the repair and wished me well.

I took a car here today that I am interested in purchasing from a local used car dealer that already had a (new) sticker but I wanted a second opinion. They were honest and thorough and I am beyond satisfied with the service and knowledge they provided. Whether I buy this particular car or not, I plan on switching to this garage for my future repairs. I recommend them to anyone. Honest, humble, informed and professional. I appreciate such a positive experience from them.

This is literally the worst repair shop called them to tow a vehicle because it wasn't moving and the person that picked up stated that they don't have time for this. You guys should be out of business with your awful customer service.

I wish I could give a less than zero star for this place. Tried to use AAA to tow my car over the weekend, they agreed to tow, a half hour later they canceled the call because it was the weekend. Tried again on Monday, they accepted the order and said an hour and fifteen minutes. Parks waited an hour, then canceled the call not citing a reason. Pro-tow accepted the order and showed up within half an hour. Not one person I know who has interacted with Parks had anything good to say about this company and now I know why. If you'd like a professional company that responds promptly and won't leave you stranded with no explanation do NOT use Parks! I would recommend Pro-Tow in Winthrop. I have not one good thing to say about Parks, was treated horribly and they're completely unprofessional. BTW the friend driving to help me is handicapped and ill and the day was very hot. I absolutely hate the fact that I even have to leave a single star, this awful company doesn't even deserve that

I have a 2005 Camry with 150K miles with exhaust issues. In 2021 Maine adopted California's emission standards in both Statute (Title 38 Section 585-D and Rule Making, Chapter 127 New Motor Vehicle Emission Standards). This essentially translated what would have been a $500 job a few years ago into $1,700. Entire system from the exhaust manifold back had to be replaced due to new regs. Trusted Parks Performance to get the job done right. Been with them for 15+ years. Always treated me and my wife right.
