My mother needed a new phone. Their website listed a phone that would suit her needs for free if she hadn't replaced her old phone in the last 12 months. Went in to upgrade and they refused to honor the online deal. Even spoke to the owner who didn't seem to care or make any effort to honor their online pricing.

Consultant, Marah Rand, who waited on me during the purchase of my new iPhone 15..while multi-tasking with 4 other customers and her being the only one working. She provided excellent customer service to all of us. Her patience was like none other. Marah was knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what plan would work best for me. After getting treated with no guidance or assistance at the Augusta USCellular store. I’m glad to be doing business at the Winthrop location. Marah should be commended for a job well done, and she’s certainly an asset and great representation for USCellular. Thank you ?

I have had home internet 8 months. It was going well until my router failed. They approved me for warranty on it because it’s been less than 12 months. This is where the bad experience started. I haven’t had internet for 4 weeks but of course had to pay for it. Been waiting on a replacement router since 10/18. It was suppose to be overnighted to me. They always have excuses why it didn’t ship. The excuse changes depending which rep you get. It’s now 10/31 I still haven’t received it. I would not recommend this router or this Company. All is well until you have an issue then get ready for poor service throughout. I work in Customer Service and this is the worst I’ve EVER experienced.

I am so grateful to the team at this store; they helped a friend of mine who walked in with questions about his phone. He didn't understand why his phone wasn't working. Even though his phone is not a US Cellular device, the team at the Winthrop store helped him with kindness; he had somehow turned his volume all the way down without realizing it. This gentleman doesn't drive, and isn't proficient with internet so walking to nearby locations is his only independent means for obtaining solutions - thank you so very much for treating him with kindness and compassion. It takes a village, and I am grateful that US Cellular representatives are a part of the Winthrop community.

I just want to say how helpful and friendly they are at this US cellular after calling and dealing with the two US cellular‘s in Augusta I didn’t get anywhere and they weren’t helpful at all. But the one in gardiner is amazing. My phone wouldn’t be up and running if it wasn’t for Jen at US cellular and her patience! They definitely go out of their way like they actually care! From now on all my business will be done at that US cellular and that’s it!
