This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my 40 years of life. Slow, don't answer the phone EVER. I called 16 times to transfer my scripts that I needed 3 days ago and still no one picks up. Done with this location.

Back when this location was Rite Aid and right when they first switched to Walgreens I never ever would've given them 5 stars. However, I think they've finally gotten better pharmacy techs and the cashier's are pleasent enough.The person who made me want to take a couple minutes to go on here and give them 5 stars is the lady pharmacist with the English accent. She has worked there for awhile, even when it was Riteaide if I'm not mistaken, and she's super awesome. I have dealt with her more than once and every time I walk away not only satisfied, but impressed. She is very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about the well being of her rx patients.

Trying to deal with this pharmacy is like trying to wade though a deep and muddy swamp. Nothing is ever done on time and the pharmacy techs are rude. It is my own fault that I continue to try to get Rxs filled there when I know how my experience is going to be.

Store is always clean and well kept. Always easy to find what your looking for and then some. Associates are knowledgeable and helpful. Pharmacy has gotten better servicing there customers and making it so you don’t wait for your RX and your in an out.

Great store with nice employees. Very clean and always in stock of the items I need. The store was remodeled slightly when they converted it from being a Rite Aid, and I think they made some good improvements.

Since Walgreens took over Rite Aid the pharmacy has gone way down hill. Though the pharmacists do the very best they can, the rest of the pharmacy staff seem clueless. Walgreens should go back to the way Rite Aid did things otherwise customers will go elsewhere!

Ever since Walgreens took over Rite Aid, picking up my meds has been a constant hassle! They text and tell me my meds are ready I drive all the way there and they say it can’t be filled till the next day! They often run out of one of my meds and I have to go without for days. It has just been one problem after another. I call to see if they are ready and they say, they’ll be ready tomorrow. I go there and they tell me I need a PA. If they had run it through the computer, they would have know it needed a PA. When this happens they often do not contact my drs office, like they are suppose to. Its just such a nightmare. I have fibromyalgia and often I do not feel good and, having to go through so much, just to get themeds I need, it just so hard on me. Some of the long time employees are awesome but many have left. There is constantly new people that, obviously don’t know what they are doing! I sure do miss Rite Aid.

I bought $16 worth of things and it came out to $20. It's harder to get my prescriptions there then before, I feel like I have to hassle them to get my prescriptions when before I had no problems.

I have been on hold for over 50 minutes this morning. I was calling about a short, simple question that I couldn't go there myself and figure out. it said there were "multiple callers" ahead of me, but i've been the "next caller in line" for over 20 minutes now. I'm wondering if my call is simply being ignored because there's no way the store is busy enough for me to be on hold for almost an hour at 8:15am.

I came here every month to get my prescription and each month there is an issue preventing me from getting my medication and end up going a week or more without my prescription. After communicating this problem more then once nothing has been resolved. My medication is expensive and Walgreens offers a program that makes my prescription affordable so I’m currently stuck having to go a week or so without medication.

Got a false negative covid test. Why do they even test you if they aren't even accurate? Then I got a real test 5 days later and so in the end it wasted a whole week.

I am back in the area for a few months, and need a refill of a medication.Just like the summer of 2019, no answer of telephone call. Supposedly at 10:00 AM this is not the busiest time. Again, will bypass this pharmacy.
