Maine Tasting Center is an education center that features Maine-made food and drink through a tasting room, events, classes, and exhibits. Our Tasting Room is open daily June-October and reservations are not required. Dogs are welcome on the patio. Last call is 4:45pm daily. Flavors of Maine 101 classes are offered daily at noon and are a fun way to learn about (and taste!) Maine food. Special topic classes are offered Sunday-Wednesday at 3pm. Great place for a light lunch or when you have the urge for something other than a big lunch. Lots of flavorful tapas style platters of Maine made foods and beverages. Lobster dip and baguette, cheese board, other crudite. Etc. Some great beverages to accompany. A real gem

We camped overnight here through Harvest Host and ended up having a fabulous charcuterie board and some delicious beer for dinner. It was a very inviting atmosphere!

We had so much fun at our cooking class! The people were wonderful, we learned some grate new recipes, the class was taught in a fun and engaging way, and we left with so much food! We will definitely be back for future classes!
