I would definitely recommend Wiscasset Ford. I recently purchased a Ford Explorer from them and they made it incredibly easy to do so even from 2 hours away. I worked with Jeff Allen and he was incredibly responsive and easy to reach when I had questions. When I made it down to Wiscasset from the Bangor area the purchasing of my new explorer was quick and easy, everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. They took my old explorer as a trade and that process was also incredibly seamless. I would definitely consider working with Wiscasset Ford again when I am in the market for a new vehicle again.

It was easy to set up an appointment online which matters to me because of the odd hours I work. Also, the details, cost and time of the service performed was explained beforehand. On the rare instance when the work longer than expected they provided a clean and reliable loaner. All in all, vehicle service is a positive experience.

I usually dread having to do business with a car dealership, but that all changed from the first moment I contacted Wiscasset Ford. I am have been looking for the right Mustang on the Ford Blue Advantage (CPO) website for years, and then I found the car of my dreams at a dream price!From first contact until David my salesman took over, it was the easiest and most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had! He even met me half-way in Portsmouth, NH, to test drive the car. Then they drove the car down from Maine to the North Shore of Massachusetts where I live to deliver the car!So happy I went with Wiscasset Ford! My wife and I are also considering getting her a CPO car from our best friends in the north!

Excellent experience! Ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick 9/22, and took just over a year to get delivered. These trucks have a long wait time to build which I understood. First off Wiz Ford did not require a down payment. Many Maine Ford dealers required $500-$1000 security deposit to order a vehicle. It was a long wait, during which I made several changes to the order through the sales manager (Andrew). He quickly responded to my requests and sent confirmation of the changes to me. When the truck finally arrived last week, the salesman (Jeff) called. I went in, test drove the vehicle and went over the numbers, then secured financing with my CU and picked up 2 days later. They made sure I had price protection on the vehicle, where I got the cost at the time of the order vs. price on the sticker, saving me $500. There are also no documentation fees at Wizford (vs. almost any other dealer), saving an additional $500 or so. The finance manager (John) was very easy to deal with and did try to sell me anything I didn't want. I honestly think it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. If you are going to buy a Ford in Maine, I highly recommend Wiscasset Ford.

So I purchased a used f150 about 2 months ago with 44,000 miles. When looking at the 3 options for extended coverage the finance person in the meeting told me that the premium coverage covers everything that coverage for a new truck does. Oh wait a minute, an opening in the fabric stitching "nope" not on used vehicles. Although to there credit they did the work themselves at no charge. The finish coming off 2 chrome wheels, " nope" not on used vehicles. 0 for 2 on using my premium coverage.

I usually go into a car-buying situation dreading the prolonged experience, but none of that happened in my experience with Wiscasset Ford. It was the most seamless and stress-free car buying experience I have ever had! From the no-haggle price of my CPO Mustang, which was below KBB value and was completely fair, to my salesman David driving the car down to Portsmouth Ford for me to take a test drive (since I live in Massachusetts). They also drove the car from Maine to the North Shore of Massachusetts to deliver the car.This is my third Mustang, and I feel that my happiness and low stress was in large part due to Wiscasset Ford. Right car, right price, right dealership, satisfied Ford owner! Now into working with David for my wife's car!

Wiscasset Ford went above and beyond my expectations. I ordered parts online and needed to return them. It said in the order confirmation email that they were open 7:30-6. I called to make sure and they said they were only open until 5:30, which did conflict with my work schedule even though it was only a 30 minute difference. Parts manager Jim Kons offered to refund me without the 20% restocking fee AND send one of his guys to my house that was 30 minutes away to pick up the returnable parts. This saved me so much hassle and I was pleasantly surprised to hear such an offer. Thank you Jim and staff, all very friendly and helpful.

Push unnecessary services with urgency. 4 wheel alignment (not needed), brake flush (not needed), engine air filter (likely not needed, and priced around $45). You can get an engine air filter for $14. The pushed services were around $400 in additional costs. Greasey finger/hand marks on a-pillar, I assume from changing inspection sticker that I was charged for that should have been free. Greese on the wheels, I assume from tire rotation. The free hundred, whatever point inspection form was all blank with no information. The car was charged, and they delivered the car a mile to my work when they were done.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Wiscassett Ford since 1993. I always go to my same salesman,Jeff Alan, who listens to what I want. He does not push, he wants his customer completely happy. I've never had any issues with Wiscassett Ford, the service department is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this garage to anyone!!

Always heard Wiscassic Ford was a good company. Could have fooled me. Saw a 2017 car on Facebook Marketplace, we were interested in. Drove an hour and a half to your dealership and spoke to your sales rep Laura was very unpersonable, cold, and unwilling to help us. You wanted around 21k and we wanted to offer the carfax price of 20k, so because of your no haggle policy, you let a customer walk out for 1k. You apparently don't need my business so best of luck to you. Don't bother sending a canned response. Your company left a very bad taste in my mouth
