Stacy greeted me as I walked into the showroom and she showed me the models I liked, explained and compared, and helped me reach a smart decision on my purchase.

Stacy Tavares is awesome. She is the best salesperson we have ever had! She is knowledgeable and personable. The impression we had almost immediately was that she had our best interest in mind, not just in selling a car. She listened, was patient, and channeled our interests. We are totally satisfied and pleased with our choice of car and our experience with Stacy.

Stacy was great to work with. In addition to explaining everything, she listened carefully to us and responded to our questions completely. Overall we enjoyed talking with her and learning about her. A remarkable car-buying experience unlike any before. Fun and we are delighted with the car.

Stacy was great! There was ZERO pressure to buy. She listened to our needs and made sure that we were in the best vehicle for our family. Stacy really cares about her customers and that’s what made this the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you!!

Bath Subaru is great! I was very nervous as a first time buyer and this experience was great. Jeff and Stacy made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. I look forward to going back just to say hi! Everyone should go to Bath Subaru!

I stopped in on Friday evening around 4:45 to discuss a Subaru Outback that was for sale on the wholesale lot. My intent was to potentially buy the vehicle with cash and trade in (or "sell") my current vehicle (a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder, 114k miles). I discovered they give you less for your vehicle if you buy wholesale vs retail. However, I was instead encouraged (or "coerced") to buy a retail vehicle and finance it.Despite expressing concerns about financing since I already have a personal loan and REALLY don't want another monthly payment, especially with high interest rates, an unpredictable economy, and trying to save up for a house, I was assured "It'd only a small loan! Nothing to worry about!" Upon further reflection on the drive home, I was unimpressed and rather turned off by the language and tactics used to convince me that buying wholesale was a bad idea, risky, and not worth my while, despite the vehicle in question being a Subaru with fairly low miles in decent-looking condition.Apparently, this isn't a vehicle you're willing to stand behind, or even have the decency to tell me what's wrong with it or why it's being sold wholesale. This particular vehicle had nothing checked off in the "fail" column, and every item was checked as "pass". When I inquired about this, I was completely ignored and the topic was swiftly changed to 'retail' vehicles available, even though that wasn't something I was interested in. I was directly told by the salespeople that the techs who look over the vehicle "just find something wrong to check the 'fail' column so the vehicle can be put on the wholesale lot". I find this very concerning and a completely dishonest business practice. So what I gathered from that was if a vehicle isn't 'up to snuff' (profitable enough), they just throw a random checklist on it with completely untrue things wrong checked off so they don't have to sticker or warranty the vehicle, just make pure cash off the sale.I was scoffed at for even asking that question, and was offered to purchase a vehicle 2-3X more expensive, at a price I was uncomfortable spending. Instead of getting me in a decent vehicle that just needs a few odds and ends fixed at low expense, I was offered vehicles I cannot afford (told them my budget and the best they could offer me were 3 vehicles well over my max) and to 'look at the website' for other low-budget cars.I've only ever financed 1 vehicle in my life, and it's something I never want to do again. The only other time I've tried to get an auto loan, the denial (due to age and mileage) not only lowered my excellent credit score, but it completely turned me off of financing vehicles. I have since purchased all of my vehicles outright (cash + trade, as I am not wealthy). Despite this, and wanting to be a purchase customer, I was instead given the "full treatment" by Bath Subaru staff of pushing an expensive (frankly overpriced) vehicle on me as an alternative to finding something that fits my needs AND budget. While I was being peddled these vehicles, I asked if they were too old or too high-mileage to get financing on, which is something I've dealt with in the past. Of course, they're not going to answer honestly, and quickly dismissed it as 'not possible'. According to hours of research I have conducted in past vehicle searches, I concluded that any vehicle with over 125k miles and/or 8+ years old or older cannot be financed, or at least not without lots of difficulty (and multiple credit runs). Out of the 3 vehicles Stacy and the other gentleman tried to entice me with, 2 are over the mileage limit and the other is over the age limit. Proving that I am right to be wary about financing older, higher mileage vehicles. This is your warning. Unless you plan on buying new, STAY AWAY! Do NOT trust anything these salesmen have to say! All they care about is selling 'retail' cars that line t

Made a typically difficult process very easy and none of the messing around. Gave easy bottom line answers, helped land on mutual ground with financing, and took the extra step to help with setting it up for us and keeping us fully informed. Would recommend and go back if I ever need a new car. Dealt directly with Douglas there.

A very positive experience. My sales person, Stacy Taveras, was professional yet personable, knowledgeable of the features of the car I was interested in, and helpful. I appreciated the “no pressure” manner, and clear communication without fluff. Her follow up with me following the purchase was a pleasant surprise! If we need another car, we’ll make this our first stop.

I bought a wholesale vehicle. Turned out to have more issues than they disclosed. We went back on forth on the phone a couple of times. They wanted to ride out the time of the law. I decided they aren't worth my time, I'll fix the issues out of pocket and drive it with a higher price tag in the window. I would recommend really going over a vehicle before purchasing. Also argue the fact that you can drive an uninspected vehicle on a Transit Plate. I could get them a couple of ways a couple of times over but again, they aren't worth my time. At least the vehicle is pretty, clean, rides smooth, and everyone likes it.
