Went into this shop today and while browsing, a customer came in to see if she would be able to sell their vintage dishes, the owner was so rude and condescending to the customer, the owner was so absolutely disgusting with how she treated this customer, yes the items were not anything rare or valuable, but they didn't know and instead of making someone so downgraded and humiliated, perhaps educate them that even though it belonged to their mother, it's not as collectible as some patterns. I would never recommend this place to anybody or anyone who wants to be treated with respect.

Strange place for sure it’s mostly junk in my opinion but it is cool that this place is available for people that like this stuff …I think it’s worth the stop to see what you may find !!

The most Retro homewares I've ever seen in one spot and the woman working there is so knowledgeable on makers & collections. So friendly & welcoming, you won't walk out empty handed!

Great Vintage Store !! If you collect Pyrex, CorningWare or anything retro you need to drop in and visit. Very well organized shop and things are priced reasonably. She has a nice selection. Contact her if you are looking for something.

Vintage kitchen store owned by charming people and great stock. We found vintage ceramic mixing bowls at much cheaper (as full sets) than replacing just one in a set elsewhere. For the two pieces we bought, the owner looked up the names and history of their manufacture. All around pleasant people that were very helpful.

Beautiful pieces that are displayed nicely. Friendly and informative owner. I relived some childhood memories in that store.

You pass dozens of "antique" shops and flea markets driving up the coast of Maine. But nothing compares to the incredible Recycling Retro! I turned around when I blew past this gem, and I was so glad I did! The owner was friendly and prices were low! The selection of glassware, serving ware and vintage pyrex and other household curios was the best I've yet to see! If you love retro 1950s, 60s 70s and beyond, the patterns and colors that sparked the consumers imaginations before the dreaded minimalism took over. Can't wait to return!

This place put a smile on our faces just by walking in. It took me back in time when life was good and I could almost smell my mother's home cooking. My wife purchased a set of bowls and uses them regularly. The owner and her helper were very friendly and helpful. We are planning on returning in the near future and definitely buying more 1950's cookware.
