Ordered a snow blower to be picked up next day, came home to find it had been delivered AND assembled AND full tank of gas. This kind of customer service is unheard of these days. Thanks again!!!

Coastal Hardware lives up to the standard Ace Hardware service! They sell everything you need to care for your home, garden, and car--and then some! Every time I have been here, staff greet me as soon as I enter the front door and ask if I need assistance. My only small complaint is that placing an online order to pick up in store always takes at least 15+ minutes; I will probably just do an online order and ship to my house in the future.

Chauvinistic staff member, rude and spoke to my wife as if she were a toddler. Other staff were better. Also, grill purchased was damaged and needed exchanging.
