I traveled six hours each way to buy two stunning pieces: one that I simply had to have right away, and another that captivated my imagination so much that I returned to get it. I've now visited more than four times in just two months, and each time there are new pieces in various mediums to discover that keep me coming back.The gallery also hosts delightful events, like prosecco and painting, which are perfect for both seasoned art lovers and newcomers. “I loved visiting this store in Freeport! There are 5 different Abacus locations and this one is probably my favorite. It's a wonderful store to find unique gifts and home decor at a reasonable price. The employees at this location are very kind and helpful. They knew a lot about the items in the store and anything they were unsure of they found more information for me. The building itself is beautifully designed and a staple of Freeport history. My only concern was that my older mother had a difficult time getting up the large concrete stairs because there's no handicap-friendly entrance. However, our experience inside Abacus was wonderful. We will be back closer to Christmas time to stock up for Christmas!”

“I saw a metal sculpture on their website that was out of stock. I contacted the stores directly to see if they had any in stock, I wanted to purchase 2 for Christmas gifts. Nicholas from the Portland location, assisted me and he was wonderful! They didn’t have any in stock but he offered to contact the company to order it for me. Nicholas ordered them and he shipped them to me so I could have them in time for Christmas. Incredible customer service by the staff, I also talked to others employed at this location. I cannot say enough about Abacus Gallery! Thank you for helping me get one
