I purchased my vehicle at Casco Bay Ford and have been very pleased so far. All staff have been great to deal with. I receive complimentary car washes and David from the service department has been amazing. He greets everyone with a smile and positive attitude. He’s a hard worker and always willing to go the extra mile for customers. Just this week the car wash was out of service so he offered to wash my car by hand. What a gentleman! Thanks Casco Bay Ford!

I purchased a brand new vehicle 2.5 years ago and had issues with it when I purchased it. Brought it back to the dealership and was told the sounds I was complaining about did not exist, I had to send videos or the back window leaking as well as the horrific sound it makes when I reverse and was told to bring it back, brought it back was told it was all fixed and it was not. Continued to bring it down for multiple appointments to try to fix this issue that still to this day has not been fixed, was told that they are unable to fix it and that I need to live with it. I have brought it back for multiple appointments at another Ford location for a second opinion and still the same issue has continued. I have made multiple claims with Ford Care as well as the BBB, needless to say, shop around. Dont buy a FORD!

Horrible service had my fiancé’s transmission replaced there after having my car for over a month and also the people in the service department being very rude and unhelpful. Also Brandon the service manager himself my fiancé was afraid to call and deal with them so I had to in the multiple times I have called I got put to the back burner and received no help as a paying customer who is also done business there before after receiving a car back, the car was leaking fluid all through it and flooding when the AC was turned on. They told us we had to wait a month before it can get seen in the middle of summer. They didn’t care I had children in the car they wouldn’t even work with me. They were nothing but rude to me and I would never recommend this dealership.Also, in 2016 I bought a Ford F150 for almost $17,000 office, salesman name, Declan he had multiple people promised me they would fix the dent in my door as I made the purchase come to find out a week later, when their body shop mechanic came back to work, he told me it was unfixable because it was on the crease of the door they never did nothing to fix that or compensate what I paid they just told me to have a nice day and I’m still currently driving around with a huge dent in my driver side door so on multiple occasions, it’s been awful there

Driving home from Maine to Connecticut our truck broke down. 3 service centers said there was nothing they could do to help us when we decided to make a last try at ford. They were nothing short of amazing. Not only did they help us in patching the truck issue but they allowed us to bring our dog inside too. Thank you so much everyone especially the master tech who really went out of his way to help us!!!

Not a good dealership at all Bob In heavy truck sales is an absolute joke . Basically told me if not a 800 credit score can’t do buisness. I will take my buisness somewhere else. I can honestly say I am a ford guy but probably changing Ford Credit is a joke high interest and no giving in on people with not perfect credit. I own 2 new triaxle dumptrucks didn’t have a hard time buying them !!! Stay away from Casco Bay !!! Rowe and Arundel Ford are better choices trust me !!!

It's REALLY hard to trust not only new or used vehicles themselves these days, but the folks who sell them to you. I'll give 5 Stars for Service, specifically Connor Rouillard who I worked with from the beginning to the end. While I had a really hard time with one of the used Ford Edges that I purchased back in April, Connor and the team there made it easy to make a trade for a better vehicle that I'm actually even happier with. He made me feel comfortable and helped me make a good decision based on my needs financially and just day to day use for my vehicle. Recommend them over any other dealership in our Greater Portland area.

We’re full time RV travelers. We were driving from Massachusetts to Maine today and the rear tire on our F350 looked like a bubble and was driving really rough. We pulled into the rest area across the street called the service center explained our problem Brendan said drop the trailer and come over. In less than 2 hours they had us back on the road. Never had such great service! Thanks to the amazing service people who provided excellent service

Well went in for oil change an fix the door handle.2200 later they said a million things were wrong!??? Whaat.but to kick it off when I went to leave in my car it wouldn't START!???? THE BATTERY MY BRAND NEW BATTERY WAS DEAD.

Casco bay has always been my families go-to dealership. We've purchased 3 cars from them and have always gone to them for our service needs without any issue. Recently i brought my car in to have spark plugs replaced, when i got the car back I noticed it still had the same "skipping/sputtering" symptoms that prompted the need for new spark plugs in the first place. I was reassured it may have been a faulty plug and they would look into it. I dropped the car off at 7:30am and didn't hear from anyone until 2:30 pm. Alex told me over the phone they took the car for a drive and can't feel the skipping. He said he would have the tech drive it around some more and maybe take it up a hill since that was how i said i felt it in the first place. I didn't hear from him again until 4pm when he informed me the tech still cant feel the skipping and he didn't want to charge me "up the butt" for diagnostic testing. I asked him to clarify if he was planning to charge me for driving my car around today and he confirmed that yes, that is part of the "diagnostics" and it can get up to 400$!!! I asked Alex if they have had the car for almost 8 hours, knowing that they just replaced the spark plug, how come the first step wasnt to hook up the car to a computer or check the plugs/coils? Alex's reply was " well at this point that wouldn't be a bad idea but that is another diagnostics fee" I've never felt uncomfortable leaving my car there, however after speaking to Alex i got this sense of panic and just wanted to get my car back! I got the impression that this person is just uneducated not only about cars in general but customer service over the phone with this person was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately my family will be taking our vehicles somewhere else going forward.
