There’s a reason I’ve been getting my hair cut by Angela for close to 20 years! In Epic Image Salon she and her team have created a positive vibe near perfection. From the moment you walk through the door you feel pampered. From positive attitudes to upbeat music, self-serve coffee & tea bar while you wait, and service that I literally have never had a single complaint about, in 20 years! I could go on and on, but you truly need to experience Epic Image Salon for yourself. It’s worth every penny. But more importantly- so are YOU!

I get blonde highlights here twice a year from Marta and they always turn out amazing! She really takes the time to listen to what I want and always makes sure I love the outcome! She is always on time and so friendly. The staff is so nice and the services have such fair prices!! Will continue to come back here!!:)

Impressive! Stylist Tierra’s artistry is amazing. She had never met me, had never cut my hair. But she GOT ME and MY HAIR. I felt like a million bucks after she worked her magic. But her magic lasts! Had one of the worst hair cut experiences ever with Darcy. She was 30 minutes late, gave me a lousy hair cut and put awful sticky product in my hair.She played with my hair more than she cut it! Not at all happy!!!!Service: Haircut

When the foil comes off and your color is not what you expected don't listen to the stylist who dismisses your concern with a nonchalant "You have to trust the process". Trust your own gut and insist that they fix it then and there. If you don't, because your trying to be polite, you'll wind up with something you didn't ask for and don't like. If they sell you products claiming that will help improve the look, don't go for it. At $110 the color should be right without a $56.00 shampoo. Also, don't compound the issue by leaving an 18% tip because you don't want to offend anyone. You'll just resent it and feel like a chump later. And finally, If you leave, thinking that maybe you just need to get used to the look, and contact them later, they won't care. They've already got the money.

Kim did a great job of fixing my hair the way I like it. I wore a mask because my husband was recovering from surgery, and she was quick to put on her mask. I appreciated this.
