I’ve been driving 45 min to go here for a few years now! I discovered when I first went, the owner used to do my nails at her previous business & I went there for years as well! I typically get a French pedi a couple times a year, occasionally do a mani… but they are the best place for acrylics around!

Please try not to believe all the reviews you see online, this was my first time ever visiting this salon, and I was treated like royalty. Bella took the time to get to know me and actually ask questions about what I wanted. She was incredibly personable, efficient And incredibly reasonably priced. I will continue to drive 45 minutes now to get my nails done by her. Thank you, Bella!

Went in for a manicure today to just clean up my cuticles and shape my nails. Requested no polish. Had to ask for the technician to go back and remove cuticle they missed…they still left cuticle behind and dead skin. Was charged $25 and I had to go back and redo the manicure myself. I only get a manicure twice/year as they typically do a better job than me and I just maintain it. No nail shaping was done and left behind cuticle, dead skin and only took 10mins with me. Not what I would expect for the price and area.

As the rest of the technicians sat around on their phones, I sat for two hours receiving a manicure which ended up being a mess. My nail tech was clearly struggling (and maybe training on a new product?) with no help. He was also very rough and it was painful. It was a huge waste of time and money. I’m disappointed because I had decent experiences there some time ago (I’m not expecting high end spa treatment) but this was so disappointing and I was shocked by it all. The station and equipment appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. It was disgusting.

I went in to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure unfortunately the place appeared unsanitary, no bag was placed in the bowl to soak your feet.. thank goodness I barely soaked them she went so quick, they didn’t touch the cuticles or do any of the grooming just a quick exfoliating to the bottom of my feet that has left spots raw and stinging , no massage and was done in maybe 20 minutes max. I’m sad to say for $50 not even close to a nice experience.

I have been going here for so long to the point where the workers there know both my mom and me. They are always so nice and make sure that they get everything right. Whenever I go in for acrylics, they take time to look at the photos and notice details that I didn’t even notice! I recommend to anyone!!

I had made an appointment for me and my friend for both of us to get a set of acrylic nails. We decided to choose La nails because we had heard good things from other people. A person I know said that it was one of their favorite spots and had several positive experiences there. At first my nails looked fine. It seemed as though my nail tech was rushing a bit. During the shaping process, both me and my friend’s nail tech got up and left to work on other people. That was fine with us, but seemed a bit odd because there were many nail techs just chatting and we were already being worked on. The shape was rough at first, but then it got better my nails seemed very rushed and sloppy. The color came out streaky and when doing my cuticles they made me BLEED on multiple fingers. They did not acknowledge that I was bleeding and did not apologize. They just told me that I was done and to go wash my hands. My friend’s nails turned out quite nice though. I guess some nail techs there are better than others. Due to my experience I would not recommend visiting La nails.

We've been here a few times. Regulars definitely get preferential treatment, even if you have an appointment.

my friend and i went to get our nails done we got two gel manicures. my friends manicure was super thick and not well done. my manicure was to short and was a square cut instead of a round cut which is what i asked for. I would not go to this business at all. it was not a good service.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and really enjoy it! I always get a fast, clean gel manicure and love the results. My nails also hold up really well and don't chip for 3-4 weeks.

I had stopped going to LA Nails and started going to another salon in Yarmouth but couldn't remember why. I was picking some things up at Hannaford and thought I'd give it another try. I'm writing this review to be sure I remember not to return. This is a large shop with approximately 18 pedi chairs and around a dozen or so manicure chairs. I should have known this was not a good place when I walked in on a Saturday morning and they were able to take me right away because there were only two other parties in the place, and there were 5 or so nail technicians sitting in pedicure chairs in the back, talking. I was seated and the nail technician began my pedicure right away. She seemed like she was in a rush and cut the skin on my toes too short, to the point of pain in several places. The scariest part was the really old, dirty nail brush she used on my feet, bristles splayed and all. Honestly, with the combination of these two things, I will consider myself lucky if I don't end up with a resulting medical problem. Needless to say, this was not a relaxing experience. To make matters worse, the nail techs in the back continued to carry on loudly the entire time I was there, with the nail technician doing my pedicure loudly chiming in over her shoulder from time to time. They do not apparently have a dryer, so while waiting for my nails to dry, I continued to listen to the loud carrying on the entire time. Then one more time, while paying for the pedicure, the nail tech shouted beyond me, to the nail techs in the back. Painful pedicure, dirty nail brush, terrible service. Disappointing. I won't be back.

Horrible experience the pedicure was painful. She was very rough pushing my cuticles down. She cut into my nail pulling it out of my skin causing me to bleed. My toe hurts a day after. She was in such a rush she made me put on my shoes too early and my polish smudged. When applying polish she kept missing and using her nail to clean it off, this was also painful. The whole pedicure was miserable. The massage was short and terrible. The hot towel was nice. There was no liner used in the tub and with her drawing blood I hope I don’t get an infection. The chair was old and didn’t work properly. I would not recommend this place.

I wanted to give a better rating because the staff is very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, there were several concerns the biggest of which was that the facility is unsanitary. As someone who works in the beauty industry I know the standards and how easy it is to comply & what harm you potentially do to people when you don’t take the time to comply. There was visible nail dust on implements and products, I did not see one person use sanitizer on chairs or surfaces in the 2 hours I was there, I sat down for a manicure to a dirty towel with nail clippings and filing dust on it and it remained in front of me the entire manicure, the files and buffers had residue and nail markings from previous guests, the cuticle nippers had cuticles still in it when she pulled it out of the sanitizer cup, & those are just the most obvious things. The towels were super old, bleached, and had holes in them. I made an appointment and while they seated me immediately the water for my pedicure was cold by the end since I soaked for 25 minutes because they were overbooked and understaffed. I picked out 3 colors from their color ring and they were out of all of them. The water for my manicure was cold to begin with and she only soaked me for about 2 minutes. No massage was included in either service. Gel Polish is already chipping in some places not 24hrs later. For $50 a pedicure and $35 for a manicure I expect a good polish with a clean table and warm water at minimum. This place could be really nice with some attention to detail, stepping up their sanitation, and updating their supplies.Services: Pedicure

First, i wouldn't leave this review, however I reached out regarding my services and nobody got back to me. I paid $110 for a pedicure and fill. The acrylic was applied over my skin, so each nail lifted as it grew out. It was overpriced for not great services. The pedicure was rushed through, I asked for regular polish and she did gel. Then the gel fell off half my toes within a week. Very disappointed because I came here a little over a year ago and the services were much better.Services: Acrylic nails
