I’ve never found a place that I’ve stuck with this long. Chris Strong is the most motivating trainer/coach I’ve ever had. She’s just different- better in so many ways. I always feel better after a Strong Bodies work out.

I was visiting from out of town and dropped in for the morning bootcamp. Everyone was so welcoming (even at 5:30am!) and the workout was great. I was impressed with how many people were there so early and how we all got a great workout with guidance on form as needed. If i was local this would definitely be my gym.
