My daughter and I entered the store, hoping to buy a few items. As we walked in, I was holding an iced coffee. A man, who was on his cordless phone, approached me and took the coffee from my hand without a word, then walked over to the counter and placed it there while still on the phone. I was unsure what had just happened and looked at the small sign on the pried-open door, which made it hard to see. I immediately apologized to the lovely lady that was at the front. My daughter chose to vacate the store after someone rudely and unnecessarily took my coffee from my hand without explanation. As someone from a long line of business owners, I find this disappointing - I get that rules are rules, but please consider having a more personal touch with your customers. 😔

I’ve tried to order a pair of earrings here four times. And four times nothing was ever sent. No follow up was ever done. And twice i’ve had to contact my bank and request a refund from this company. Ignoring emails and phone calls. I got ONE email back with a fake tracking number and a BS excuse of being “out of stock”. Completely unprofessional

Permanent jewelry broke after 2 hours. Extremely fragile, did replace with clasp but is essentially 100 dollars for sub par non-permanent jewelry. Would recommend thick chain or not going

The store owners are rude. I made an inquiry about being overcharged. The woman (possibly the owner) said “oh it’s the card charge to pay with a card” and turns to the older man and says “did you tell her?” and I said “no he didn’t! You should tell people there is a charge.” They then point to the sign in front of the register and said “well we have a sign”. A sign that was blocked by another paying patron when they rang me out. I said “it was blocked by the other patron and I was unable to even see it. Had I known, I would have paid cash.” We go to leave and she spoke rudely of us as I walked out. I poked my head back in and said “There is no need to be rude to paying customers but I surely won’t be back!” Nice array of items but I would never return to a shop who thinks being rude to paying customers is ok. It wasn’t our first visit there, but it will be our last!

Bought this August 10th paid $95 told this was real silver this is what happened to the ring by October 10th… Two months!!! The stone fell out and it tarnished!!! Tried calling the store no answer multiple times multiple days! Save your money and go to a real jewelry store! Avoid this tourist trap rip off!!!!

I really can't say enough about what a great experience it was shopping here. I got some Christmas presents for my daughter and my granddaughter and even myself. I was in there for over an hour choosing things and talking with the owner. And he was so nice and so patient and custom made a bracelet for me a couple actually. And it's just gorgeous and the prices were so reasonable everything in there is solid silver or gold and it's hard to believe because the prices are so fair. They've been there he told me for 57 years and I can see why I would recommend to anybody to go in there and get something for yourself for your loved ones. Thank you guys so much I love my tentacle 🐙

low quality jewelry he used to be a nice guy and make it right not anymore. just spent 60 on two rings mind you the blue one missing the piece was more expensive on top. Then i found the snake in the bin he charged same price for both. this is one and two days after purchase. of course won’t let me upload my picture. he will not respond anywhere i’m going to be to store today!!! I want my money back I can’t believe it

I went here for the 1st time last Fall and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The items for sale here are very nice and we walked away with a few items to bring home. It was still busy on Short Sands, and the shop was filled with shoppers, but did not feel rushed at all.

The man who assisted us was extremely rude and condescending. He seems to be a very miserable person. He hears you asking for help and ignores you until you continue to necessitate assistance. I’m baffled that the owners (if they’re not the owners themselves) would allow such a miserable and rude person to work in retail. The staff seems to be repelling business more than bringing it in. My opinion, this place is a waste of time.

I've been shopping at Bill & bobs for over 30 years. The staff has always been very friendly and goes above and beyond for me. The selection of merchandise is 5 stars. I've never gone in looking for a certain item "I've purchased before" and wanted to give as a gift and not found it. They've even ordered special items for me. Love, love, love this store.Thank u Bill & Bob's and staff
