I came to this salon excited to get my nails done for my wedding, which is such a special moment. I requested a matching French manicure and pedicure, and I specifically asked for an extra pink base with white tips — something a bit more vibrant than the usual sheer or natural French look.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I brought up the pink base and expressed that it didn’t look how I expected, the technician — who turned out to be the owner — dismissed my concern and said, “Oh no, you don’t want that,” without even trying to understand what I meant. It felt dismissive, especially considering this was for such an important occasion.
I had hoped for a more collaborative and attentive approach, especially from the owner. Instead, I left feeling unheard and disappointed, which is not what you want before your big day.

I made an appointment with my mom and sister to get my nails done for my wedding week! We were all seated next to each other and got our pedicures at the same time which was really fun.
Salon was clean, appointment was on time, staff was very friendly.
For my manicure, I got tips and dip for the first time! I asked for a white chrome nail for my wedding day and my nails looked amazing. I got compliments left and right and my nails look perfect still over a week later.

She always takes the best care of her clients making you feel beautiful each and every time you leave. Cindy and her staff are extremely talented and especially skilled with Dip nails, gel nails, and acrylics. The best part about Cindy’s is that they understand the importance of customer service! Stopped in on a whim to see if they could fix my broken nails and was pleasantly surprised. Not only could they fix them, but they sat me immediately. I got dip nails with additional length in a gorgeous color. It's only the first day, but I'm very pleased with how they came out.

I go to Cindy's Nails regularly for pedicures and have never been disappointed, no matter which technician I get. The employees are friendly and professional, the prices are reasonable and the vibe is welcoming to all. 10/10 Would highly recommend
