I found Jenna, she gave me the perfect haircut for my wedding almost 4 years ago. I’ve been having her cut my hair ever since, she is so positive and loves her job! Unfortunately she left Luxe to take care of her ill grandmother. Which I can relate too! Now I need to find someone else….

Its with sadness and disappointment that I write this I have gone here for a while and always enjoyed their service but yesterday I was charged 75.00 for a blow out and curls never in my life have I paid that for a blow out and curls I get my hair done twice a week. I spoke with the owner and she said that was the price. It took an hour and 1/2 for a blowout and curls when normally something like this is 45 minutes. I don not have textured or difficult hair its shoulder length. I feel like someone robbed me or took advantage I wont be going back. I called salons in the area and none of them were 75.00 for a blowout and that was without tip.

I highly recommend luxe salon. It is very clean, and easy to schedule. I get great hair cuts, and the owner, Lea is very easy on the eyes.

I had my wedding on June 25. Being a Sunday, it was hard to find a hair dresser. Found Luxe and spoke with Leah who put my mind at ease. I met Jenna a month later for my consult and she was wonderful. Very professional, kind, and friendly. Fast forward to the wedding day, she made big steps during my appt to help keep me relaxed while she worked her magic. Loved my hair and make up. Without knowing it, I left a lipstick at the salon...Jenna took the time to return it to the main desk at my hotel! Amazing 10 out of 10 will come again!

The owner who booked my appointment was very pleasant and accommodating. My hairdresser Jenna did a fantastic job on my hair! She was very knowledgeable and really understood what I wanted.

spent way more than I expected, didn’t get what I wanted at all, and tried to request the service to be fixed and was made to be felt like I was an inconvenience. absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, including the stylist’s daughter attacking me via social media?? thats harassment… completely unacceptable. the environment was extremely gossipy and they took advantage of me. very disheartening and extremely disappointed.

By far the best salon I've been to. The atmosphere is great, stylists and owner are friendly, talented and accommodating. I have received haircuts and various color treatments from Luxe and have always loved the result. I highly recommend this salon!
