Went in to rt 1 york store. I was quoted $80 more a month than the on line price. Began the process of renting. I was told she cannot complete the process unless I had the registration. I asked if I could scan it and email it. I was told no. I came back about two hours late. The store was closed with a be back in an hour sign. I came back about two hours later. The store was closed again. Sign said be back in 30 minutes. About 20 minutes later the girl came out of the store. I asked if the store was open. She said no. She had 10 minutes left on her break. About 10-15 minutes I went in. She apologized for closing. She claimed she thought no one was coming. I guess if someone came she couldn't stop her break. I’ve rented there several times before. Today was a horrible experience. Shame on me. I’ll plan better next year. But doubt it will be there.

Super easy over the phone process. Went the next day and found my unit with a welcome card on it. Prices are great and units are accessible.

I miss the original owners and staff as they did not seem as motivated by the money and provided personal support and low monthly rates. However, when Extra Space Storage took over they have consistently and routinely upped their monthly fee by more than 25% every couple of months. Very disappointed.

The gentleman that helped us switch from a larger storage space to a smaller was very, very helpful. We were in the office this week and he did a great job of explaining things and was very patient.

Such an easy process! Shawnee is the best, made sure the unit was in good condition for our move in and is very on top of following up, answered all of our questions quickly and was very professional. I recommend to anyone who needs storage!

Very ease to get information in a very few seconds to rent exactly the size storage locker I needed.Very friendly staff form easy to fill out. The price was excellent and I got two months free. Great location Very safe and secure

I ordered a large storage unit on line and the next day it was ready to use. The storage unit was clean when I arrived. The the girl in the office was very nice and answered any questions that I had with using the facility.

Got a 10 by 10 for my junk, perfect fit for me and my my stuff. They have a ton of units and are priced competitively with other storage units in the area. My rep, Miranda, killed it and was super helpful in explaining the agreement, and paperwork, Thanks Miranda!

This place is so poorly managed. The gate is never locked, so anyone can come right in. After I paid for the first month and gave my credit card for each month thereafter, they put a padlock on my unit because I hadn't paid for that month. They "forgot" it was on file. This place is a joke.

I rented a unit from them for 3 years. Always paid on time. Left the unit cleaner than when I moved in. I have been trying for 3 months to get my deposit back. Left messages and emails, all I get is the run around about corporate issues the checks out of NY. Now I can't get anyone to reply to my requests for what's going on. I would think twice about dealing with the Prime Storage Group.

LeeAnn was very helpful and well knowledged. Gave me a clear understanding as I never rented storage before! Very pleasant and the office was clean and smelled nice!

Clean and easy access. However, after renting units a total of 4 years (2 years two separate times) I moved out and left the unit in good condition. It has been almost two months and they still have not returned my deposit. They gave me the run around, saying they no longer had my credit card on file, or another department had to process the refund. Now it is hard just to get a hold of them. They didn't return my call when I left them a message last week. I left another message earlier today and I'm still waiting for a call or my check in the mail. I don't know why they would treat a long-time loyal customer this badly.
