“I booked my transportation from York to Logan a month in advance online and accidentally made it for 6:30pm instead of correctly making it for 6:30am as needed. When my ride did not arrive as I (erroneously) expected, I left a frustrated voicemail and sent a frustrated email to the owner. He responded with patience and kindness even when he was being attacked without basis. He returned my charges minus fee for same day cancellation which I find fair and had agreed to this term when booking. I would use this service again (but will be certain to double check the am/pm!).”
