The UPS Store in York offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding and faxing. It is locally owned and operated and easy to commute to with no hazards for getting into the store. Employees are very pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, helpful, calm and sweet. They provide great, exceptional and excellent customer service, treating every customer like a friend in a kind and professional way. Lines can get long but move quickly, with impressive multitasking. Amazon returns are a breeze, and they process orders quickly. This excellent service is particularly noteworthy given the shortage of staff. Customers appreciate their willingness to provide a pleasant experience.
Also not sure why there are negative reviews. You bring it there. They ship it. End of story. People are allowed to have a bad day at work. Only positive experiences on my end.
