Made an appointment for our passport and arrived 10 mins early. We were not greeted kindly by any means, but this seems to be customer service these day. She asked for our application. I stated I was lead to believe you have the applications here and would help us fill it out. She chuckled and stated "no we don't" and hands us the applications with no overview or education to assist us with filling it out the application. She then states "and you need to reschedule your appointment". She was very rude and not helpful at all. Go somewhere else if your looking to get your passport.

i m very disappointed bcuz the guy name chance is very unprofessional and dealing customers like very rudely instead of educating people about passports process he was telling me that u can go to kittery bcuz i was confused what he was doing i think he need some help in customer service may be it did. not happened to other but i had bad experience with them no supervisor no post master i wouldn't go there next time

Ruined Christmas 2020.UPS and FedEx can simply drop a parcel on the steps, why is it policy to only deliver to homes with mailboxes when not all do? This is asinine and completely ridiculous, and the policy needs to change NOW.

My son needed a passport ASAP. I became lost in passport land ... my son has no picture ID and the passport place was less than helpful. We called ithe post office and our appointment was done within 15 minutes! Expedited, affidavit signed (for lack of picture ID). It was worth the $40! We love Robin and the whole crew at Woodbridge Road!

Tracked a package online to see what the status was. It said a notice had been left at 12:35. There is no notice, no mail and no evidence that the postman even came by, light snow, no tracks in the driveway or anywhere near the mailbox. Why bother tracking a package when they are going to lie about the delivery anyway.
