Dr Matthews is absolutely amazing. I feel like her blend of traditional and holistic approaches means that she looks for the root cause before prescribing medications. Very different from other experiences I’ve had with veterinarians! Highly recommend.

The behavior and attitudes I witnessed by the staff was abhorrent. It was simply too awful to convey in a public Google review.
The fact that these people are allowed to be around animals is testimony to the lack of civility and dignity allowed to animals in this world.

Hi brought my German shorthaired pointer to them when he had some accidents and they were amazing! Dr. Matthews has the perfect balance of holistic and western medicine mindset. The staff is all very attentive and caring. I don’t live close now but it’s worth the drive!

We've been bringing our dog Rosey to York Village Vet for awhile now. Recently she's had some complications and the staff at York Village Vet has been very compassionate & helpful. Definitely the vet to go to.

Was warned in advance about this place, ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Most of the staff is great. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Doesn't know what she is doing but is quick to blame other staff members. Does not take the time to explain in full or make any sense, but has no problem calling you after hours to give her two cents in the most rude unprofessional way possible. Go anywhere else but here, unless you want your pocket run with no answers and bags full of pills.
