I am very pleased with the prompt and efficient manner in which my claim was handled. The Claims Specialist was very helpful and explained the details of our policy in regards to the claim. Contractors were here with in hours. Overall extremely satisfied with the customer service that was provided to us including the contractors repairing our house. Highly recommend Red River Mutual for your insurance coverage.

Not very responsive. I have emailed my insurance rep seven times and have not even gotten an acknowledgement that she received my pictures /documents or that my file is being worked on. As someone who has never had to use home insurance I feel very disappointed in this company's customer service and will not be renewing my policy with them.

The absolute worst company in the world to use for insurance!! If you value your house, garage or anything else. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.HAD I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE A ZERO, I WOULD HAVE!!!!!!!Unprofessional, late in responding, doesn't have answers to your questions and kid's screaming in the background.

After signing up with a certain broker not gonna mention any names but I was reassured that I would get the best possible rate throughout Manitoba after signing up with them for one year at the cost of $1600 I found another insurance company that was $600 less after trying to cancel my claim by verbal call I was told I’d have to come in and sign some papers which is in a different town not being able to make it on time I Received a bill from red river mutual saying there was a balance of $391 my broker said she would look after it and I keep receiving register letters saying the balance is due and there was also a $40 charge for cancelling the policy again my broker went up to bat for me I would never recommend red River mutual for trying to punish me after making $1600 for doing nothing For changing insurance companies

Wind storm destroyed our pool and shed. Red River was easy to deal with, and we were able to get them replaced quickly. They even waived our deductible in exchange for cleaning up the damaged pool and shed. Cheques were in the mail shortly after invoices were emailed. Hands down best insurance experience ever.

Excellent insurance company I’m used to it taking time and a bunch of paperwork but this really surprised me it went through well and they covered me well I would recommend them to everyone!
