Food is pretty good, but not always the freshest. One incident of racism against one of our kids’ friends, and one woman who works here continuously gives out erroneous information, then accuses you of lying when she gets called out. Eat here if you don’t mind that kind of thing.

We went to the Ashern location this afternoon and received very bad service. The young lady was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Made faces when asked to see the amount of a topping asked for. She the proceeded to ask in a very unfriendly and curt tone what I wanted. I cancelled our order and stated that she was presenting as very unhappy and it was not good service. I don't recommend this subway location unless her attitude changes.

I do not recommend this location. Very rude young lady. Unprofessional and curt. Actually made a literal face of disgust because we wanted to check on amount of sub topping to see if it was enough. Her partner did not correct her. In a very unfriendly tone she asked"what do you want?" It was then that I cancelled the order and we left. I will not give business to such bad attitude and service, if you can call it service.

Got here 9:35 despite them closing at 10 pm they had their doors locked with 4 employees shrugging and watching us at the doors. Thought we had the wrong time or that google was wrong but their sign said 10 and so did their app. Horrible service.

The manager/owner flat out lied to me after she made my wraps and had said that she was willing to accept my Subway buy one Series get one 50% off (IF I paid the price of the bread not the wrap), then said she wouldn’t take my coupon once the wraps were made and it was time to pay.I didn’t pay or take the wraps.Too many folks come to this country, operate businesses and treat customers like scum. This place is one such place.Never again will I waste the 10 minutes in their new location. Not with this sort of attitude towards the very people who provide their revenue.I have read many other reviews that indicate this poor service is a common occurrence in the Ashern Subway.Time to let corporate know this location is damaging the hard-earned reputation of Subway with such awful customer service.

Been here quite a few times, the new location is nice and modern, and quite comfortable. Toaster did not seem to be working properly when I was there last as only half of my sandwich was partially toasted and the other half was still cold. Bread selection has always been quite poor here and they are always out of most options to the point where several times they only had Flatbread. Staff is not overly friendly, they are not rude, but it just feels like they don't really care. The sandwiches however are made quite well and I would say the quality is quite good.Parking: New location with new parking lot.

Staff is very rude. When I politely requested a staff member to change their gloves before handling my order, I was met with initial resistance. This was disappointing, as I believe that such requests are reasonable and necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers. While I understand that employees may have their reasons, it's important to prioritize the health concerns of customers, especially when it comes to matters of hygiene.

This subway does not hesitate to make sure they disappoint their customers, and the staff don’t care. Thought the new location would help but it’s made it worse. Been there on two occasions already and they had no bread! The staff stated it’ll be 20-30 minutes for it. Third occasion they only had Italian bread. The staff are cheap on their toppings and do not appreciate if you ask for a bit more. It would be nice for a franchise rep to go for a visit.

Firstly, the lady didn't know what she was doing. Asked for a sub toasted, she was trying to toast it with veggies on. When I asked her to toast it with bread cheese n patty and not with veggies she gave the most arrogant look.Veggies were old, one could just make it by the smell.Needs to know customer service. Not stopping at subway anymore.
