“I can’t begin to state how great first street auto has been to us! Just a few days before our family road trip we had been planning for over 6 months the alternator on our van went, the shop we would normally take the van to was booked solid and unable to get us in before we had to leave on our trip. I contacted first street auto and they were also booked solid, on top of that they had not dealt with the extended warranty company that covers repairs on the van. Tom was amazing and managed to find time to fit us in and get the alternator replaced and worked with the extended warranty company! Saved our road trip at the last minute for a new customer walking in the door where our normal shop could not accommodate! Amazing customer service, first street auto will be our first choice to bring our van in for repairs going forward!”
