“Got coffees and treats there. Coffee is freshly ground, made to order! I dropped one of my coffees as I was leaving the store. Dropped it from pretty far up and it landed right on its side, only a couple drops of coffee fell, the lid stayed on so well!
The owner ran out and checked if I was ok and even offered to replace the coffee for free!
Good customer service can go so far, and at Benito Foods they have not just good, but great customer service!”
