The lady who served me tonight was terrible she didn’t ask if I wanted to claim points or use them and she didn’t ask if i wanted pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich and she almost forgot my wings

Good deals on wings. I think they need more staff or more at the front not just back. Sometimes long wait for hot food. Disappointed though that they charge now for brown paper bags and sauces which was free before especially with wings, I usually buy 20/30

HORRIBLE WORKERS!Ive come to this place for years and have had no issues. But today its crossed the line. I used my 7rewards points to buy a slurpee. I remembered to also get a big gulp for someone else, and was supposed to pay for it with 7rewards points too. But when i scanned it, the foreign woman at the counter (who had seen me pay for the slurpee earlier) thought that i was paying for both, and made me pay for the slurpee even tho i had already paid for it. In the end, i gave her the slurpee back, and only took the big gulp. I lost points and my respect for the 7Eleven chain. HIRE SOME COMPETENT EMPLOYEES (THAT CAN MAYBE SPEAK ENGLISH TOO) ??♂️??♂️

Do the staff know how to clean!? They had an issue with slurpie machine not that long ago,but whole floor still VERY sticky and disgusting

Unprofessional employee's working at 7/11 on 10th. Harrassment is unbelievable Plus $0.50 for a plastic bag is right. $0.10 was the normal fee for a plastic bag. They harassed my mother because of a different customer order thinking it was hers. So many other customers were getting the same treatment. The one Hindu guy who wears glasses was the one lashing out at customer's.

ordered 3 wedges 3 chicken strip special at noon time, no wedges were ready and was told it was a 8 minute wait. which is fine im spending the day in the area and its my lunch break, I came back 8 minutes later was then was told there was no strips left to come back in 10 mintues... got a refund in cash which was suppose to go back on a card. so basically the strips that were ready were sold to someone else and 2ndly they were not ready for any sort of lunch rush... Will not be returning. thank you 7/11 for making me go hungry today

Good small selection of fresh coffee. What I like about this 711 coffee bar is the cream/milk dispenser and the coffee is nice and hot! Plus with my 711 card I can redeem a fresh large hot beverage for 1000 points ($2 value). Good potato wedges as well for a good price. I'm not really a slush fun in general but their fountain drinks are good. The fountain drinks/slush area can get a bit messy and when its messy in that area I don't buy them, maybe management can make sure its more clean?

Wearing a mask in Manitoba is required at all times in public spaces or you receive a fine. I was instructed to remove my mask in order to purchase cigarettes. This is the only time I have ever been told to remove my mask to verify id. Next time I won’t be wearing a mask if I’m just going to be asked to remove it upon checking out considering that obviously defeated the purpose of wearing one in the first place considering they didn’t wipe down the plexiglass I spoke onto (lineup of 5 behind me) after I tried to debate how they can ask ppl to do that I’ve lived in area over 10 years. So technically if I had corona that staff member just infected everyone else in the line up after me by getting me to take off my mask and speak without a mask and not wiping anything afterwards. When I tired to debate I was almost refused a purchase for even questioning this logic. Like I said I won’t wear a mask next time

The cashiers are so rude. I am a very polite person and I always say hi, how are you and thank you, and they don't even reply or say you're welcome or anything. They just give dirty looks and act so disrespectful. So annoying! They should learn from the employees at 34th street sev, very friendly and welcoming there.
