Some days there are staff who are really nice and are very helpful but today was not that day since there weren’t any staff on the floor trying to assist customers but are all on the check out area (with only one person actually helping someone) and when I approached the area to ask for help regarding product pricing, the staff was rude and acted like I was keeping her from something she would rather be doing.

Me and my cousin went to ardenes a few months ago for school clothes and the staff were so rude to us when we were just asking for help, she didnt even care and she screamed at us, we cried because we were just asking for help and she didnt have to scream at us. I heard this staff was checking the girls bags because they thought they were stealing because of their skin colour poor girls!

I went to find soft fleecy pajama bottoms and the staff were very helpful. I was unsure if it was the right size or color and she was very nice and explained policy etc.

Manager and some of the floor staff are incredibly rude to customers. Witnessed the manager or floor supervisor (unsure of their position at the store) be very condescending and downright rude to customers and other staff. Super aggressive person, not sure how they got a job in customer service.

A worker from this store stopped girls that were casually shopping and checked through their bags. Poor poor customer service. What an inconvenience and for no reason did they do this as there was nothing to be found in the bags.

This place is the absolute worst ardenes i’ve ever been in! they follow you around the store and accuse people of stealing just because of skin color. maybe they would be retrained on customer service because this just isn’t it.

Wish they still had there surprise bags that was the only thing I could buy there since no clothing fits any more there sizes went from normal to teeny tiny over the years

Went to Ardene today and was pleasantly surprised with all the new trendy items they have. Ardene has really stepped up the game and all the prices are very affordable, with lots of great sales! It was so hard to not buy everything. The lady who rang me through was super friendly and I left very satisfied! ❤️ I’ll definitely be going back for some things!
