Called the store and left a message for a salesperson to call me back. Heard nothing. Called again and walked through the automated system again. No opportunity to speak to a real person. Left another message for a salesman to call me back. Heard nothing back. Went into the store the next day and spoke to the manager. He was aware that the phone system was full of problems. Another case of downsizing and getting rid of the real people who could answer and direct your calls.

When will you deliver our box spring? You delivered us the wrong bed, not the one we ordered. The one we ordered did not need a box spring. But you delivered the wrong one and didn't want to take it back so offered us a box spring. It has been several weeks and you do not return phone calls or texts. Not even to Austin the manager. We cannot use our bed for several weeks now. What is going on?

Thank the heavens for Austin! He fixed a crappy situation that the Brandon store was NOT responsible for. He was the ONLY one who helped me, graciously and professionally. I felt heard, respected, and important. Thank you Austin!

Absolute terrible service at the Ashley Store-in Brandon Mb.waited 5 weeks for a couch that never arrived ….bought and paid for this couch in July…i went to the store on Saturday and canceled the couch and i asked for my credit card to be refunded…im still waiting for the Money to be refunded….All i heard was lies on why it wasn’t being delivered, as they had these in stock in Winnipeg…No reason for it not being here…I will never ever recommend Ashleys to anyone and i should not have to beg for my money to be credited back to my card..i paid in good faith and in return they screwed me over…. I am a senior and to be treated like that is unacceptable, to your store manager there he needs to be honest with customers and not make promises he cant keep…
