I loved this store, I love smelling great and it makes me feel great the products are good. But now I have to BOYCOTT. $20 for one bottle of lotion? Body wash? I cannot agree to these prices this is greedy. i will shop elsewhere until i see changes here. I will not buy a single product there i walked out last week when i went really disappointed i have money but i refuse to vote on agreeing to that price by paying it. Even one time. You are cutting out the poor people unfairly from being able to provide good self care and cleanliness by making it unaffordable. Greedy. Time to go back to fair pricing until then see ya later bath and body works there are many competitors.

Love this store. I was there for the first time and I want to say that it is quite wonderful, cozy and pleasant here. There are good choices and options. And the smells are so different and so cool. I bought myself a scrub, so I'm excited how cool it is!

Great customer service and very friendly staff. One of the bigger stores I have been to. Clean and organized, which is essential when selling the different amounts of product that they do. Very Happy with this store. I highly recommend a visit to this location.

Can't stand going into this store especially. You can't relax at all. If I'm in the store for ten minutes, I've had people come up to me 3-5 times at least to tell me about scents or deals or pressure me to tell them what I'm after. When I go for candles, I want to sniff, experience, and make my decision. I'm well dressed and groomed, so I know it's not about them thinking I'm stealing. But for the love of God, back off if someone wants to take their time making a selection. Otherwise, I just find you annoying.

Nice selection for smells.Staff gave certain vibes of who might be buying more. Once other patrons came in..we never got help afterwards, until we paid.Sweater weather!

Brought in my coupon to use, they did not honour it even though the day I went was during the right times n I spent more then listed amount. I'm not sure if it was because I looked unkept or what but after work I am dirty. Not sure but if someone who spends a few hundred a mth in store isn't able to use coupon then who is?
