Bought an item to be delivered, and they put in the wrong address, I was fortunate that a neighbor put it outside my door, this was after me being on hold for 4 hours with delivery company wondering where my parcel was as I got notification it had been delivered.

I did have a 5 star but not being able to call the store directly is making me angry it's actually insane .my Galaxy tablet was delivered to the store instead of my home like i requested. The staff I spoke to said it would be escalated to the store to call me but the call went to voicemail and they didn't leave call back number and their number goes to a different call centre. There is no direct local phone number to contact the store I shopped at to speak to the people who I spoke to while I was there. That's bananas.
I tried online chat which absolutely refused to provide info saying they didn't have any access. That they would take my info and get the store to call me. So I paid for a Galaxy tablet and i can't seem to find out how it's going to get here and i can't even deal directlt with the store i bought it from. Even though the experience I had below was awesome from that staff i will never shop here again if there is gate keeping to access human contact to the store.
Never ever support this type of treatment
. I couldn't verify who I was talking to online or if they were real. It was insane i saved the chat and will post that as well to share. Not only that I have to use voice to text for a lot of things due to disabilities so having to type this out and edit if it didn't understand me or if I stuttered I still have to go back in and edit which is why I still require speaking to humans. Man I do not like where the world is going if this is how business is going to start working. Crazy here's the positive part i just wish i could call the staff there to deal with the item i ordered. They called me from the store why can i not return the call?
I went to the tv dept after perusing i had to walk to front before i found an available staff. Zachary helped me immensely. I wanted best bang for my buck as I'm on a tight budget but needed to replace tv and my broken iPad i use as my communication device. He helped me find a samsung galaxy at a great price in comparison to double what I had paid for my iPad years ago. I have not recieved it yet as it's on order but i see it's already been shipped. So quick already.
I'll have to update feedback on that once I get it but I wanted to say the tv he helped me found. Just barely fit in my car. He helped me till i was set to go. He laughed at all my jokes which helped make the experience more fun. This big purchase was a big deal for me. It's been nine lyears since I bought a tv. Made sure all was in working order and then got my tv mounted. And its stunning. I'm so happy. I can see everything better. Gregory house is life size in my living room. I really needed this quality of life upgrade. Thanks Zach for all the awesome help and making everything easy for me to make this purchase. I would highly recommend Zach to help you shop at best Buy!

It feels like things have gone downhill at this location. Nobody working the checkout so a line begins to form at customer service, it takes a few minutes for an employee that's not even at customer service desk to tell everyone waiting that they need to go back to the empty checkout, so everyone goes back there, more minutes later and an employee finally comes back and starts to help the customer that went to hunt them down. I went next door and got the item cheaper there.

Beyond frustration when they show PO Box options for shipping but don’t ship to postal boxes. Fix it or figure it out because I just drove 3 hours to pick up my package sitting at Purolator and they wouldn’t give it to me as you haven’t updated your system yet!!!! Brutal

Have to be honest with reviews and Best Buy just has gone down and down. We purchase many times from this place and so many times the service is not great.
The last time we went in I knew what i wanted, as I shopped on their website for it and it showed in stock. Upon meeting a sales associate which we had to go and find, talking to other staff in a non busy store.I had to ask if I was bothering them as the associate did not look pleased I interrupted their conversation.
I ask for the electronic good and they said they don’t carry it, I was like no the website said 5 in store. I was advised by the person I must have my location wrong and to have a good day. I went and found it on my own in the store as I needed it.
Again just feels like the customer service is just not what it was years ago when Dave ran the store.

Easily one of the most difficult companies I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to get almost $300 in charges for a protection plan that was cancelled a year ago reversed, only to be given the run around. I have spoken with multiple different people, only to be transferred numerous times to people who can't help, been cut off twice, and been blamed for their error with a rep stating "if the error was from a year ago, why didn't you catch our error before this, you should have contacted us", and "when you called to cancel the plans, did you clarify if the agent cancelled both".....when I call requesting to cancel "protection plans" - plural - and they tell me that things have been taken care of, then I assume they did more than one. Any and all possibilities to avoid this company should be made, as their customer service is non-existent. There will be some automated response telling me to contact customer service, like with other reviews, but this is pointless as no one there actually provides assistance.

Staff was great! Much better than the other place down the road by the bridge “E.E” who couldn’t be bothered to help you until you were serious and then just became really pushy!
Staff at Best Buy were very professional and helpful… glad I came here and made my purchase here!

Case number 20099752. Bought a premade PC that was almost 2000 dollars. It was defective as the power supply to motherboard cable had a piece of plastic on the connector that stopped it from connecting properly. The PC would not power on at all until I fixed it. Best buy was not willing to compensate me for the time I wasted fixing it and being frustrated with buying inferior products. 1/5 review really unimpressed as I have bought most of the electronics I own there and they didn't really care that I had a problem.
