my mother and i stopped in just before closing and richard (i hope that's his name) was the best!! he immediately came and helped us and answered all our questions, he was very sweet and informative, he didn't rush us as i know we were last minute shoppers! Thank you best buy!

Aweful service was in store 1 week apart looking at a gimbal and was on for 89.99 and when got to desk came up at 119.99 asked for price now there was a difference 1 number it was for a q3 and product was a q4 but locked in a glass case and all other producers were different wouldn’t let it go for the price. And their team lead nick was beyond rude. And didn’t treat you like a valued customer he really needs a lot of training as his customer skills were horrible.This is the worst customer experience of my life at the end I spoke to a nice assistant store manager and decided not to get the product as I wanted them to realize it wasn’t about the price it was about the service and how it was conducted. I paid full price on Amazon which sucks as I want to shop at local stores where people make wages but when there not Nicee to you it becomes hard for all business and personal needs I will not be back to Best Buy period not a great way to treat clients !!! Also their customer service staff on the phone was simply not Nicee either !!!

Very poor customer service. Seems like you guys don't know what your doing. I was there to purchase a laptop for school. We had done a trade in deal to bring in my old laptop and buy a new one. You guys had quoted me for $130 for my old laptop. One of the employees had told me to take my old laptop home until my new one shows up so I can get everything transferred over. By the time I dropped off my old and new laptop, you guys call me back and changed the quote on my laptop to half of what you where going to give me because it apparently stopped working once it got into your employees hands. It was working great before.I am very not impressed..

There is no phone number to get ahold of local store so contacted customer service asked store to call us. It took 4 days to receive call back!!! This is horrible since I live over an hour away we don’t just wanna drive to store for an answer about a warranty from store. Management should be keeping better track of call backs to make sure they are contacted in timely manner!!

Very poor delivery service even to the store. My order (TV) supposed to be delivered on June 22. They left msg that it is going to be delivered on June 29. It didn't happen. They didn't even bother to call and explain what's going on. I contacted customer service and they were not sure where is my order. They were not able to contact the store in Brandon and just told me that they left msg.Very disappointing ...

Savannah Chen is an awful employee here. Was very rude to me, refused to help me, then started harassing my family and how they look!! Very racist. She’s a liability and I hope something gets done about this. Bad look for the store.

Not happy at all. You cannot talk to a rep from local store, their phone menu takes you around in circles and you get no where. It is questionable that they do not have a local customer service department you can locally talk to. A total waste of time. Going somewhere else to spend my hard earned money.

I had the data transfer done $99 plus tax, the old computer had near 300gb of data, the transfer to the new computer was 18gb. i went to speak to the manager to request a refund. He advised there would not be a refund because the data transfer was adequate and that I needed to bring the old computer in again. I have already done a file transfer with my one drive. They also never advised me last night that the transfer was complete, I had to go in an ask. I am giving a 1 star because this is poor customer service, inconvenient and the quality of the work is sub par. I have been a very good customer there, bought my fridge, stove, upright freezer, washer and drier, a sound bar, my new laptop computer, a microsoft 365 package, and a Polk woofer. ( Thousands of dollars) Now i won't be shopping there any longer. There are many other options. Thank you.

The in house service is great but when I needed to contact them I had to go through the 800 number. I couldn't get the store directly. Good service there too and also in the customer chat feature on their website. Big store, accessible with wide aisles and a great selection.

Terrible quick and easy store pick up service !!They never on time and there is not number to call if you have been waiting for 30 minutesThey need to improve this service or just discontinued if don’t have enough staff for it ! I ordered a year ago and today again and want surprise of the slow service and disorganized service. I want to add that they open at 10 and they started pulling signs and more around 10:45 am !the sign for the quien and easy store pickup wasn’t even up !!!! Rude rude customer service

Situation made right! Manager Dave worked above & beyond to facilitate exchange at St James Best Buy (Tren/Cathy) and loaner of 256 iPad air for my daughter in university closer to Winnipeg. Faulty iPad air was purchased in Brandon. Dave worked with St James Best Buy toensure smooth exchange. Teamwork was the dreamwork in this situation. Thank you all for your service...St James& Brandon!

Gave the phone rep my driver's license and forgot to get it back. Mistakes happen. The rub is that you cannot directly contact this store.Manager had my license in hand when I got back to the store. The staff were all friendly.It's just a corporate decision to break the line of communication.

If you're looking for good customer service this is not the place to go.. Purchase an item on line from Best Buy. Didn't work went to return it and was told that because I did it on Virtual debit I had to get a store credit. Asked could you please show me where it says that on line? Continued to argue got another person involved they tried to figure it out. Got another manager And was completely condescending. They finally figured it out. Something that was so simple. If I could give Best Buy any advice train all your staff properly before letting them get to that till.. I always dread having to return anything at this store. Next time I'll just drive to Winnipeg
