“What an amazing experience we had shopping for my nieces grad dress at Promises Bridal! Huge smiles and welcome as we arrived to our appointment. A little run down on the store and how to look for dresses. A cool thing….they had pictures attached to the dresses giving you an idea of what the dress looked like on! SUPER helpful! We were let loose to pull dresses Our sales associate Stevie (I hope I spelt her name right) was AMAZING. Honestly! She seemed as excited for my niece as I was. She helped her get into every dress and pinned it to fit better giving my niece a better idea of what it would look like ordered to her size. She suggested so many things like a different colour of dress , straps or maybe adding bling! My niece felt like a super model. My sister and I were offered coffee and the best part….. we were NOT rushed out of the store. We ended up staying 2 hours BUT found the dress my niece loved! Thank You Stevie. We had sooooooo much fun with you and appreciate all the effort you put into making my niece feel so special.”
