They lost half of my wedding invitations. So I just wasted a bunch of time and money on them only to have 30 people say they never got their's! Had one come back with the wrong address and they completely destroyed the custom envelope and stickers. ?

Sorry but I'm truly disgusted with the customer service personnel, they obviously need some training to do on communication skills.Got a call from the 2 days ago and she was out rightly very rude and same call repeated today with same rude tone, threatening to return my parcel back because the sender obviously didn't include the unit number.Work on this or I will flag it up if need be

Carrier west of Shoppers Mall has residents trading bank statements and credit card statements because she is inept!! Also doesn't ring doorbell for last parcel!!!! Drop and rum - I watched!!What's with no phone listing on google search for main office....don't like complaints I take it!I'm expecting a bunch of coupons that are as good as cash; I hope I get lucky!?

Excellent. Staff always are knowledgeable and friendly. They are never at the desk, but come promptly to the desk to serve you. I dont mind the 30 second wait, as I know they are busy working in the back!

Talked to a customer service representative at the Douglas branch who set a new low standard in customer service. She was condescending with every tiny detail and when the conversation was over was gleeful in saying "sorry" in a obvious fake tone. It is just awful service.

Parcel has been sitting in central post office in Brandon since December 10th and has not been processed. Tracking shows in transit since the 10th. If I could I would give them -5 as the staff just told me there is nothing they can do and made no effort.

Canada Post is getting lazy when delivering parcels. Instead they just drop off a parcel sticker to pick up instead of coming to the door and ringing the doorbell/knocking on a door when your home all day. I'm not hapoy with them. If I could give them a zero star I would!
