Got my AC compressor replaced for $700 less than what I was quoted at another shop! Communication could be improved, as I called about 5 times over 3 weeks to get an estimate, and was told each time they were busy, but would get back to me within a day or 2, but never did. When I called the last time, they had an estimate on file, but no one called to let me know. Other than the chase, it was great work at a fair price.

Great service.. came in for an oil changed, they advised me that my rear brake pad were almost done. They had time to change them. All good to go now for another 50,000 + kms.

This was my 1st time dealing with Castan. I have to rate them 10 out of 10. Professional, accomodating, and excellent service made for a great experience. My vehicle issue was diagnosed and resolved the same day with charges clearly stated. Highly recommended!

I changed my winter tires on April 26. Now my car started shaking and making very loud screech noises. Mechanic found out that the wheels nuts were loose. All of them. One wheal almost fell of. Was going to any minute. he said wheels are to be torqued to 100 foot pounds and they would never back off. it could damaged wheels, brakes and wheel bearing hub assembly. But most important it could ve killed me and my child if i lost a wheel on a highway. Great job, guys. Really good job.Service: Tires

Great service. Great shop rates and final totals. Straight to the point service, while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. They service four of our cars for repairs and maintenance, as needed. We also have our seasonal tire changes done there. We have rarely had to leave a vehicle overnight. In the case of having done so, we had elected to do some extra work on that particular vehicle.
